The Amsterdam Collection
While the Amsterdam Collection may be our most tradition line of amplified lifestyle speakers, the ZOIDS concept (with their genetically mutated trapezoidal silhouettes of the Amsterdam) may be our zaniest.
By pushing & pulling the corners of the Amsterdam by only an inch or two, we find these adjustments radically change the silhouettes into new creations with deliciously artful consequences.
We are also taking a look at simplifying the driver configuration by utilizing dual full range drivers in “vertical stereo.” Our early tests are proving to be really exciting with the music having an open transparent sound-field that feels much bigger than it should from just one driver-aligned cabinet!
And like the original Amsterdam Collection, we envision three archetype heights (short & tall bookshelves + a floorstander), and four ZOID-altered silhouettes (attic, flat top, gothic + mansard).
